Brand new Stata 17 has arrived.
We are excited to introduce you to some of the new features ranging from Bayesian Econometrics to Java integration. There are enough new features to keep your data busy. What’s more, Stata is now even faster – Stata has updated the algorithms behind sort and collapse to make these commands faster. They also attained speed improvements for some estimation commands such as mixed, which fits multilevel mixed-effects models.More Information

Difference-In-Differences and Event Study Estimators with Panel Data in Stata
Presented by Prof. Jeffrey Wooldridge.
This course covers difference-in-differences and event study estimators for intervention analysis with panel data. The focus is on using and combining built-in Stata commands to allow simple estimation methods, robust inference, and flexibility in the pattern of treatment effects. In addition, we will see how the usual two-way fixed effects approach can be extended in the staggered intervention case to allow for heterogeneous treatment effects across cohort and time. What our customers say about us
The hands-on approach with OxMetrics was excellent. Professor Harvey is a fantastic teacher!
Econometrics Summer School, Cambridge – Time Series Analysis Course
I found the Professor’s ability to convey the intuition behind the key concepts in a manner that could be easily understood was the most useful aspect of the course. He is clearly a cut above others in his ability to do this. One of the best I have ever come across.
Econometrics Summer School, Cambridge
This was a great course. The Professor was spectacular and it was a privilege to sit in [Prof. Andrew Harvey’s] class.
Econometrics Summer School, Cambridge
I was able to ask questions from [Prof. Andrew Harvey] related to my current research work and received very useful suggestions.
