Timberlake Consultants offer free technical support for all users of software purchased directly through us, or one of our international offices. To receive technical support you are required to be a registered user and to provide the serial number / licence code of the software package that you are using.
Since 2010, we have introduced technical support services using WebEx. This enables us to directly address any problems or questions that users may have clearly and more efficiently.
Our team of technical support consultants and in-house Econometricians and Statisticians are available from 9am / 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.
